Pune 28th April 2008:- Oceans Connect, a leading BPO organization, announces the
appointment of Howard Sarna as Global CEO.

A pioneer in the BPO industry and an MBA, Howard founded his own BPO company in UK
in 1990, later selling it in 1996 to a US company, eventually becoming ClientLogic
(now Sitel). Howard remained with the organization till 2005 growing it during
that period from 400 associates and $15m revenue to more than 7,000 associates and
$200m in revenue.

More recently, Howard spent two years as Managing Director of Dun and Bradstreet UK,
a subsidiary of the NYSE-listed company. At the same time, he became a
non-executive board member of Oceans Connect and has been engaged in promoting its
development over last three years.

Speaking on his appointment, Howard said: "Over the past three years it's been
terrific to see Oceans Connect benefiting from our early investment in IT,
processes, and people. As a result the company has already grown to virtually 500
associates in its Pune operation and we're aiming for 700 by the end of the year.
We're now ready to take the Company on the next stage of its journey and have set
ourselves some aggressive and achievable growth targets".

When asked about the immediate future Howard commented "I'm delighted with our first
steps. We are already seeing further growth in our Indian business having secured a
multi-year and multi-million dollar contract."

This will enable us to offer a range of on-shore and off-shore blended solutions to
